Τα δεδομένα δημοσιεύτηκαν στο επιστημονικό περιοδικό Heart Failure του American College of Cardiology και δείχνουν, ότι όσοι υιοθέτησαν τέσσερις ή περισσότερους από τους παράγοντες υγείας που εξετάστηκαν, είχαν μισές πιθανότητες να εμφανίσουν καρδιακή ανεπάρκεια, σε σχέση με αυτούς που συνέχιζαν έναν ανθυγιεινό τρόπο ζωής.
